A mixed use development conceptualized by AWJ Holding of Riyadh, the scale model for the Rabwa master plan, reflected the developer’s vision to potential investors.

A blow up model, at a scale of 1:100 of the proposed Community center was also displayed at their Sales Center to help visitors envision better, the lifestyle offering. The finer details of the design were captured by our team using laser cutting technique and traditional craftsmanship, with 3D printed villa styles distributed along the scale model.

An interactive application supported the overall showcase, controlling model lighting and displaying project information.

Livescale’s partner company, Studio40, worked with the client in producing a CGI film for the overall project, which involved designing and modeling of the master plan as per the client’s guidelines to envision and bring the unbuilt project to life.
