The scope included a 1:500 master plan scale model, accompanied by a larger 1:100 scale model, for their residential launch- Byout Hessah.

The 1:100 scale model light was integrated with a custom interactive unit finder application, allowing visitors to select individual apartments within the scale model, via the app, lighting it up with a virtual display of floor plans and a real-time apartment walk-through. An effective sales tool, the user- friendly application was developed in-house, by our graphic design and programming team. Blow up models of an apartment unit and townhouse were also produced, to complete the overall showcase.

The entire project, from the initial sample stages to the final production, review, and sign off, spanned a total of 8 weeks. Throughout this timeline, the team ensured that every detail was perfected, guaranteeing a flawless installation in the vibrant city of Kuwait. Considering the client's international location, the entire process was managed and quality controlled remotely. Timely progress updates were conducted through online reviews, and regular photos and videos were shared to keep the client informed and involved in the project's evolution. This innovative approach fostered effective communication and a seamless collaboration, culminating in a successful and visually stunning showcase.
