The model for SEZAD by Duqm, was produced to showcase the largest of its kind urban plan, in the Middle East and North Africa, spanning an impressive 2,000 sq.kilometers.

The scale model accurately portrays the vastness and complexity of the urban plan. It offers viewers the opportunity to visualize the extensive scope and layout of the development, including the various sectors, infrastructure, residential and commercial areas, transportation networks, and other significant features within the SEZAD.
