The residential master plan scale model was produced by Livescale for the project launch of the development.

The terraneous leveling of the project was handcrafted by our team of technicians with the help of laser cutting technology. This allowed for a high level of detail in replicating the terrain, ensuring that the model faithfully reflects the actual landscape of the development. This method not only enhances accuracy but also provides a level of craftsmanship that is crucial for a realistic representation.

An interactive application, controlling the lighting zones of the model and providing information was also customized, for use at the launch. The integration of technology into the scale model presentation played a huge role in introducing viewers to the new development and in-depth project details.
